Missouri Organic Handbook

Intern Charlotte Jackson has been busy working on a Missouri Organic Certified Handbook for producers interested in becoming organically certified. The handbook will cover many topics of interested to producers transitioning into organic agriculture.

Some of the topics covered include, but are not limited to: registration and certification requirements, processing and handling, certification process, organic crop and livestock production, marketing and National Organic Program Standards.

Be looking for the manual in early September from the Missouri Department of Agriculture.
